Misfire/Hesitation from cold

I've had Cold start issues with my clio, had the Tb cleaned and it worked very well till my battery packed up. I had the battery replaced but now i have a misfire on cold start. once the car is up to temp its normal again. not sure if its related to the battery. i hope i can get answers on Monday as the car is booked in for the misfire.
 
My 172 did it my 182 did it and low and behold the 197 does it literally must look like I've just passed my test pulling away sometimes :/
