Got the Eibach springs on today,2hrs job done with a little help from a mate.
ride is alot sharper, less roll ,very happy with results.A little harder ride, but can live with that .
Carbon exhaust trims finish back end off nicely.

I take it you had no problems removing tie bars etc? Did it take do the whole lot in two hours??

Yep the front 1's took 50mins each side , and 20 mins for back( just unfastened bottom of shockers and dropped the whole back end, see pic)
Having a v,good mechanic as a best mate helps
Did the exhaust trims last week

Did you remove the whole front strut or are you able to undo the pinch bolt and release the shock

The whole front strut,inc
Brake calipers , discs, track rod end, driveshaft and ball joint,
Having looked at other people's experiences with the front springs , I thought this would be the best option.having a mechanic mate and proper tools does help though :jase2:

Do you have to do something specific to hold the driveshaft in? Can it fall out accidentally and drain all the gearbox oil?

Nothing specific to keep driveshafts in gearbox.not sure but there could be snap rings in the diff holding it in place.just take care when tapping it out of the splines in the hub.if your unsure get someone to keep hold of the drive shaft while you swap the springs on the removed strut/hub.
