KTR Induction Kit Vs K&N Panel Filter

Is the £200 KTR induction kit worth it over the £55 K&N panel filter (i assume so) and is getting either really worth it?

Depends what you're looking for. If you want to get every last 0.1 bhp out of your car then a panel filter in the factory airbox is going to be better. but if you want big intake noise then the KTR is what you want but you lose a bit of power on losing the factory cold air feeds

Alright thanks realistically neither are actually gonna make a noticeable difference so I might just go with the ktr for the noise

The KTR kit adds some proper noise but not much, if any, performance.

I have not used a K&N kit so I could not tell you if there is any difference to a standard filter.
Thanks might go with KTR for the sound tbf cause neither are gonna add noticeable performance i doubt and itll look nice in the engine bay

It is about 200 from rpd,I definitely noticed a difference when I fitted mine, there is some HP to gain can't remember exactly as the stock airbox size is a bit restrictive.
