iPhone4 camera mount-track friendly

Following on from a few other related thread, thought I'd investigate a mount that would be usable on track but allow a decent gps fix.
Ended up with this

Couple of bits of rubber (seen here) protect the cowl from damage, and give the mount more grip

You decided to get it as well then? Great bit of kit is the b-hague mount. Nice setup, take it you have recaros so couldnt use the headrest mount? Also, noticed you wanted to use built in GPS so the windscreen is a better position.

My phone's not been jailbroken, and I just prefer the view when filming from there. My headrest mount will be sold soon!

Only thing I'm not 100% happy with, is the video quality. Seems lower when filming using harry's lap timer, is there any way you know of increasing the quality fella?

Mine records in same quality hd as the standard video software.
