Hybrid Megane trophy

right guys. Opinions
I need new rear disks!
One reason one of the wheel bolts threads isnt 100%. Other reasons is they look shit after bedford. They become very hot and peeled some paint off and have gone rusty.
I know the renault ones are capable but id like some better made ones. Ive been looking at mtec disks and pads. Which you can add a protective layering over them to help this further.
They will be grooved which also might help with head. Only thing is i am not looking to put grooved on the front and will be sticking with brembo high carbon disks with my PFC pads. So whats your thoughts? Here are the links for mtec. https://www.mtecbrakes.com/
 
So a handful of people know in the spa group chat that small change will be happening to the megane hopefully soon.
A deal is in place to swap my standard turbo, intercooler and cat for a hybrid RS tuning turbo and decat.
This means the car will hopefully be running north of 350bhp.
As much i was willing to take it to engine dynamics for the work to be carried out the owner of the Trophy R which the items are coming out of is wanting to take both to RS tuning in leeds to get both cars sorted out.
All im paying for is the labour work and the new map.
Exciting times ahead, i still would like the Evo Corse alloys from ktec but they will be on hold until i know how much this will cost me. Ill keep everyone updated on this but hopefully she will be up and running in the upcoming months ready for Spa.

Is 350 going to be reliable? My meg is running 305 but have the urge to hit 350. Is yours standard internals
