His and hers - RS Clio 4 200T

A few weeks back we picked up our RS Clio 4 Sport Trophy (full fat) in Glacier White.

So far, so good. She was delivered with only 15km, so we're taking it pretty easy to start. I didn't get a drive for several hours as the wife wouldn't give up the driver's seat!

On that, this will be a shared car for us for the next little while with the missus driving it to work on week days. She's named her 'Chloe' already and seems to really like her.

A few photos from when we picked her up:

In the last week, we've filled her up once and added about 300km around Sydney.

So far, so good. Really enjoying it (would still rather a manual) but the added versatility of the EDC suits us perfectly at the moment. Mel's been driving it a bit as says she gets lots of looks with people staring and pointing - she's also started waving at other Renaultsports!

On the to do list is:
- C L I O debadge (just leaving it on there for now while it's so new, so people know what it is 8) )
- front tints
- private plates

On the 'maybe' list:
- centre resonator chop
- black badges

On the "want but unlikely for now/SWMBO won't let it slide" list:
- remap
- lowering springs

Will keep her pretty much standard for the foreseeable future and just get to know the ins and outs of the car 8)

Cheers fellas. It's going well. Loving the torque and I think it looks porn.

Stevoox - certainly not! I've still got my 172 track car. I also had a 182 for 5 years and then a 197 for 1.5 years. This is the missus' first though

Welcome, best colour you got there, looks lovely.

Ref the remap, go for it, you won't regret it, 245bhp and 240flbt torque turn this already nippy little car into something else.

Enjoy.

Cheers fellas. Been trying to read up on remaps - any problems with gearbox torque limits?

Also, anyone chopped out the centre resonator, like is common on the Clio 3 and Megane 250/265? The exhaust makes some nice pops and bangs already but I thought a res chop might help things along a bit

Think the gearbox is good for it to be honest and as others have mentioned, in some parts of the world they've been running 250+ and don't seem to be having issues.

I know Ktec have been running over 260flbt through theirs for a while too and all seems good.

I must say that the 245bhp and 240flbt make a real difference to this car, it's quick anyway, although that extra torque make a huge difference.
