H&R Supersport springs fitted (the Blue ones).
Lowered car another 20mm from 'cup' height.
Definitely a more compliant low speed ride, better handling on smooth surfaces, little stiffer overall.

Nice car, not sure if I'd fancy the harnesses on the Recaros though, isn't there a chance they could snap in a big accident (hopefully you wont have one!)?
 
Been using correctly mounted harnesses with 2 piece seats in track cars for about 15 years & have had 2 big offs.
They are manufactured to industry standards & the angle of attachment from seat slots to the rear bar is correct (which is the crucial part of a harness install).
The installation has been certified by an engineer & scrutineered once already.
I still use the normal belt for road use of course hence the snap in style of harness.
