Help - Is there a guide for removing Seat Belts?

Hi,
I'm looking for a guide for how to remove the seat belts in my Clio 200 (Front and Back). Including how to get the inside panels off etc. I saw something helpful on here a few weeks ago with photos etc. but I can't find it now. Any help appreciated
