Help heat shield !!

Hi my gf has a mk3 1.2 tce and the heat shield fell off, is this safe to drive until we get it fixed ? I've taken some pictures, thanks

Won't be able to judge with some photos in the cabin mate...

It looks like the shield from around the cat it shouldn't cause a problem to run it without it for a bit.
