Some of you might recognise the name from cliosport, and I recognise a few local people on here.

I'm Paul from blackpool and my current car is a 1.6 dynamique

Im currently looking at getting a 197, been to look at one today with the following:

Black
56 plate
30k on the clock
12 months mot / 12 months warranty
cambelt will be sorted - this Im a bit unsure of because its not a renault garage/ specialist so might ask for the money to be knocked off instead

it works out to 6700 does that seem like a good deal to people?

Welcome to the site! That price doesnt seem to bad. The 56 plate models are dropping significantly. Mileage is ok for that year too!

Good uprgade i did the same from a 1.6 to a 197 and the difference is huge! I got a quote from a stealers and it was £980 for a cambelt change (that was for everything tho), managed to get a deal when bought the car to get it done for £350 so alot cheaper for same amount of work in a renault dealership too. Price seems good on car about average for them!
