H&R 40mm spring pic request

will these fit straight on i got a 200 cup, http://www.awesome-gti.co.uk/product.php?xProd=28311&xSec=9625 and are they the ones that lower 30 mm at front and 40 mm at the rear??

How do I Find out for sure Ryan about the springs ?? , your wheels what's the stud diameter , and the offset is et45 yeah ?

springs will fit 197ff and cup and 200ff and cup. Stud diameter is 5x108, yeh mine are et45.

30m drop on a FF will be 23mm drop on an R27
