got mine from a local tuning garage, they ordered them in from H&R, they are the -40mm ones.

How do you find the ride on them Ryan? I heard they can be a bit squishy?

i find them no different from standard, you find a propper bumping road and you feel it like any other car, small bumps no different than standard, handling much improved (not better than coilovers) but do suffer from bump steer, due to soft rebound.

I was just wondering, as I have Cup Suspension. I want to go lower but don't want it any harder as Tom said the roads in sheffield are piss poor. And my road to the house is shoddy and covered with speed bumps.

you maybe best trying to go out in a ride with some one with them on first. them make your mind up.
