Flat spot

Hi all,

After a couple of days with the 197 i have noticed that crappy flat spot that i have red about. Does any one have a remedy for this?

I have to agree with that, i've also noticed the kangarooing on a cold morning has stopped too since i fitted an ITG.

Yes around 2500rpm. It is very annoying when driving about town. I will buy a filter and see how it goes. Can it be mapped out?

Yes it can be mapped to be made better however result from even the best Renault mapper s in the country are by there own admision small. Some are now even advising a stand alone/ piggyback ecu . I'd fit a filter and leave it unless you have bigger plans ie : bigger power gains , de cat etc etc

i think with a decent cat back exhaust and keep the cat i think it can be mapped out, but if you go decat then it can be made better but still very noticeable, then your talking standalone ecu`s etc, like kevo did. but youre talkig money for that.
