Changed the oil today, ran some engine flush through also just incase the where any build ups of sludge.
Cleaned the cranksensor while there, didn't look dirty or damaged bit cleaned it anyway

I took the throttle body off too give it a clean, there was a bit of a build up but nothing excessive

Gave it a good clean and stuck it back on.
Took the car for a spin and at first it was magic, problems cleared or so I thought, it pulled well and seemed to pick up a little quicker, just as was about to turn around the part throttle misfire returned ( engine was good and hot by this stage). Stopped to turn and the engine stalled. Took a couple of turns to start too.
Drove home and again sometimes it ran fine sometimes it misfires ( seems to be more on part throttle).
I did notice a very slight wut with noise from the drivers side of the engine bay, from listening to other videos it could be the dephaser making that noise?
I need to try log the timing on the Torque app and see what its doing, anyone here know what sort of timing ranges to expect on these?
