Thanks Liam, will try that later onLovely, just move the steering wheel left to right and the warning will go off.
Im thinking it could be this, no fault codes being thrown which is odd..If the precat is damaged that could cause it?
Going to potentially be throwing random lambda sensor readings?
I’ve got a good manifold with cat if you’re interested in swapping with yours with the gutted cat!Im thinking it could be this, no fault codes being thrown which is odd..
I have just changed the cam sensor as I had a new one but I haven't had a chance to drive it, not too hopefully though. Will take it for a drive later..
If no joy I'm going to jack it up in the morning and try look into the pre-cat.
Has anyone gutted the pre-cat while still on the car before?
Just been out for a little investigation, it's definitely something reciprocal, knocking rises and falls perfectly with the revsThe rattle may be the pre-cat as you mentioned before, it's probably rattling through the manifold and sounds horrendous. Mine was on the way out and I had a suspicion it was the top end, thankfully turned out to be the pre-cat attempting to breakdance.
Not saying it's that for sure, but fingers crossed!
