Engine Oil Top Up?

My clio 200 says the oil level needs topped up on the dash board, which oil should i get and is it as easy as just topping up and mixing with the old oil? I think its elf 5w40 evolution but not 100%

Any 5w40 fully synth will do it youre desperate tho

When was it last done, its a good idea to do a full change fairly often.
