It shouldn’t need replacing as they’re not a common fault to fail, people usually get them done as piece of mind when the cambelt is being done. Usually same time as you do the water pump.
Not sure but if you want to change it you may have to do the cam belt again??
Change it every time you do the cam belt job they can get clicky before the next timing belt change that's why Renault recommend them done at timing belt time along with the water pump.
