Engine noise possible dephaser/exhaust pulleys

Hi guys pretty new here

Reqlly poor video but you can hear the noise

Full service was done at 45000 cam belt etc now at just above 60000. Not noticeable when cold. Any further ideas?

What was changed when cambelt was done? Who done it?

Renotec llandudno junction got the paper work says cambelt kit so not sure about pulleys and tensioners,
