Deaks Nimbus 197

In need of an update - 4 month since I last posted.
In that time I've pretty much been at Uni the whole time down in Portsmouth, meaning modding is on a student budget.. Haven't done anything major just little touches here and there to keep me happy.
First day back from Uni - had to go for a drive really, shake off the webs.
Had some weekend drives with my best mate in his F1, and low sunlight was getting on my nerves - sunstrip was in order!
Had some carbon wrap on order when i was at uni, 3000mm x 600mm for 15 quid delivered.
Interior stuff
Generally pleased with the outcome for a newbie - in hindsight i didn't use enough heat though. Had planned to do the A pillars like Angel and Yannis, but I just can't pull the bloody things off, I need to try harder..

During my recent MOT it came up that my rear tires (ADO8's) were very near bald, not being able to afford another set (student..) I opted for Kumho Ecsta Le Sport KU39's after recommendation from [MENTION=4271]leeboy[/MENTION] and he did a great price for me..
Taking the old AD08's off the rear I've put them on my old raiders ready for track use in the summer along with some v12's I had laying around. These will get sprayed a stupid colour in plasti-dip! Any ideas?!?
Having never been to a trackday before and not currently being the financial position to take part I took the opportunity to get passenger rides from Rogue, Ashton and Beefy! Greatly appreciated, some funny moments and getting ready to book for when the track is dry. Heres some random pictures of that day out.

Maintenance Update 31/01/2014
After hearing about Rogue's scuttle panel problem, I started getting nervous as my car was sat on the drive whilst I was at Uni!
Came back and that was the first thing to do on my list..
The guides in the how to section were as good as ever - this is all the bolts etc that need to be taken off.
Wasn't too bad
This worried me
A load of broken seals..
Unblocked
Putting everything back together I managed to but the windscreen wipers on back to front.. spanner
Next thing to do was a full bulb change up front.
Went for -
eBay sidelights - on recommendation from Steevo - No flickering as yet! :thumbsup:

Had MTec's before hand and they looked great, nice and white but the visibility was shocking.
- Indicators already changed here.

After - looks more OEM/yellowish which I'm not over the moon about..
Had an about nightmare when doing the last bulb, the metal clip which holds the bulb popped out so I started to panic trying to get it hooked back in! after a bit of fiddling it all went back into place!
