Dashboard lights....

You gotta love French electrics.....

I was driving along the A4 this evening as darkness fell and I realised that the auto lights had come on....but the speedo and tachometer were not illuminated!

After a few miles tapping the dashboard I was able to pull over and switch the car off. I restarted and guess what...the dash was glowing like a beacon!!!

Is this a common problem? Service 3 is being carried out on Friday so I'll add it to my list of things to mention......

just do as you did...turn the car off and on again.

Thanks guys...thought I'd read something about this... Why can't Renault get a guy in from Lexus or Honda and say "see this electrical system...can you check it over for silly mistakes?" BEFORE going into production.....

I'll mention it when the service is done but I doubt they'll do much about it....

Its just like everything electrical lol! If in doubt off and on again :lol:
