Cup springs Clio 200

Bought some cup springs for my Clio 200 2010 ff, now these springs are off a 197 cup. To get then fitted on my 200 anything else I would need and how much looking at?

When was your car made? The 197 springs will fit the older 200s just fine however wont fit to the 200s with the revised suspension setup I think.

Hmm not sure all I know at this moment is bought the car in august last year new reg'd

You 'll have no problem then, the new top mount design is in effect for cars built after September 2010.

Well in August they made the change but even after that some cars still have the older style top mount. Unfortunately there is no consistency after August however if you picked it up in August it was probably built in July so should be ok

If one ought to give say ones vin number to a renault agent, would this then be able to tell how one has the new suspension variant that u guys are speaking of ?
