Hi. I want to change the connecting rod bearings and bolts and I can't find the tightening torque anywhere, please someone doesn't know. this is an f4r 830. thank you for the advice.
I have searched and searched , but cant find anything . That workshop manual is just pages and pages of other engines . Mains , big ends, flywheel , head ? There must be a list somewhere , but I cant find anything . All for a F4R 830/832 Thanks in advance
Bearings themselves generally don't have a torque value for their installation since they are simply pressed into the connecting rod and the block. But make sure they are correctly oriented with any markings or numbers facing the correct direction. Make sure to check the surface condition of the connecting rods and the bearing journals for any wear, scoring, or damage before reassembling.

While bearings don’t have torque specs, the connecting rod cap bolts or main cap bolts holding the bearings in place do. Always follow the manufacturer’s recommended torque specifications and sequence.
