Well had the car back for 2 days now and it's rapid but it's started to overheat after about half an hour worth of driving it flys right up it's ok when going down a motorway I guess that's because it's getting plenty of air. Coolant boiled over twice any body got any ideas

is the cooling fan cutting in?

No can't hear any fan at all

How about an alloy radiator, they are a lot more effective than steel ones also has it got an oil cooler, that might help.

Could be something simple like the fuse for the fan, particularly if it's having to work hard as its hotter in there.

Fan should be running on low setting as soon as it's warm for turbo setups. High setting when toasty

Ye it was the fan not turning on at all sorted for now need to buy a radiator fan resister pack 2 pin should be ok then as it's only running half power

Any body know someone who can remove dash warning lights I've seen people have done it with the meg conversion

Rs tuning did that for me when I fitted recaros, they got rid of the airbag light, only took 5 minutes with their computer.

Depends how it's wired up, if your using standalone/piggyback to run ignition, injection etc then without serial bus you'll always get lights

You could always take the gauge pod apart and paint over the LEDs as a worst case scenario
