Yes its very expensive I think too!!!! about GBP1200 for 4.
You have a choice to get non-genuine yellow seatbels, but the yellow colar is different from Renault yellow.

I have changed my steering wheel using 50mm spacer and the directional indicator lever becomes too far from me.
