Clio 200 + Nanodrive

Anyone else run this?

I've been running it for 2-3 weeks now and I've noticed that when I'm moving, the temp gauge literally sits bang on quarter. Usually, this sits just in between quarter and half for me.

Anyone else confirm or is it placebo?

Placebo, temps have dropped in the past few weeks too which would have a similar effect over shorter journeys.

Been using this for a while, nope no difference in running temps for me.

Might need a new thermostat. It should get higher than a quarter on the gauge really.

It's been 10-13c outside and I literally don't go over quarter. If I sit, then it'll go to half and you can hear the fans kick in. The second I start driving, it drops within 2 minutes at 30MPH.

Could be coincidence but I'm thinking it's the extra lubricating properties of the Nanodrive?

I thought what you are describing is normal for these cars, my car is only ever at half way in bad traffic. When the car is on the move its getting lovely cold air and drops down to a quarter very quick. At least that's my understanding of what's happening but I may be talking ****. My car is hardly ever at half way though so I think you should relax.
