Change it?!!.

Wow that is one of the worst i've seen! I couldn't get to mine without taking the glovebox out, but it did make the job that much easier
 
Lost some skin on my hands taking mine out was so tight.

That is gross Arthur!!
 
I removed/replaced without removing any panels, and have cuts on my hands to prove it. I had the hoover extension removing leaves and debris as well!. The car is generally fantastic, but its the small jobs that have not been done. If anyone knows how to get in touch with Litchy, ask him if he has any bills/ receipts for any work carried out.
