looking into getting a new car soon, had my low spec 197 2 and a half years now and since getting the house at the start of summer iv not spent as much time on it.....anyway, been looking at a megane r26 in ultra red and its a cracker but is it a decent move up from the clio?

any help would be appreciated, cheers

Depends in how you term move up.

Mk2 meg is older than a Mk3 Clio so imo a move up would be a 250/65.

Also depends in what you want/expect out of car.

But mk3 clio is built up from leftover mk2 meg running gear....

theres never anything "left-over" from renault even the 250 is the old 225/230/r26 underneath
