Brake problem

On way to halfords to top up n then check fr a leak its way bellow the minimum level

Thy will.sell more brake fluid then i will me able to check for a leak once i fill it up

Oh ok, good point mate. I wonder where it's leaking from? I hope it's something simple and not a brake component.

i have this very problem but i have changed everything and i'm not losing any fluid

the brake fluid also supplies the clutch system !

if its lost that much you should have a pool of fluid somewhere...

no pulls of fluid for me seems to be holding the fluid took it to a garage and the mechanic reckons the pads are either glazed or because of the ****ty salt they used in scotland over the winter the just need a really good clean

how do u glaze pads?

i assume its from over heating and the front of the pads that stop you just kinda glaze over hard to explain but there will be guys on here that will be able to explain it much better mate
