Brake Light Switch - Problem

Hi,

I own a Clio MK4 RS 200 and been having problems with the brake light not activated when pressing the pedal lightly. It will only come on when pressed with decent amounts of pressure.

A friend suggested that I buy another brake light switch which I did and I still have the same problem. I don’t think the brake light switch can be adjusted either.

Does anyone know why I am having this problem and how I can fix it? Nearly had a car ram into my rear the other day.

It can be adjusted, you have to pull it out harder than you think.
