Brake discs advice

I recently bought and fitted new Godspeed discs.. They seem to rust over real easy and don't clean when driven stay rusty. Also front driver side seems not to be wearing full disc like ring outside/inside edge. (Could this be pistons not working on whole pad) I've attached pics. Any advice be great

No pads were fitted a month prior brand new then. Pistons were moving freely.. discs still smooth no pitting or scoring but have that ugly rust circle! Cheers

i'd say it the pistons not doing their job properly..

the old pads will have worn to the old discs as the new ones will be "perfectly" flat - so best bet is to remove pads and either fit new or sheet of emery on a flat surface and reface the pads so 100% is on contact with disc
