Nothing much to report other than I’ve put some Velcro down the front and rear bumpers so I can transition between license / show plates easily or remove entirely when out on track..

Things are progressing with the car however it’s more background work at this stage with sadly nothing to show.

Small update before the weekend.

After much faffing about and drilling, finally managed to remove the rear wiper and get the delete kit fitted from Kill all wipers.

Rear looks so much better now. Few things to tweak but will update after Cadwell on Sunday

Yeah likewise, think Cadwell may be the last one for the year, there has been mootings of Snetterton in November but we’ll see

*Cadwell Park update*

Wow, what a weekend, just got home!

Got the car all prepped and ready Saturday night, and had a worrying foreboding of how low the rear sat on the TD1.2s, with the offset being a generous ET50 I’ve been running 10mm axle spaces
So the wheels were really pushed towards the arches.
Went out for sighting laps and car felt ok it wasn’t until I had a passenger noticed the car started to rub on the arches and not good before my tuition.

Thankfully with the services of @Big Ben & my dad at my disposal we (they) managed to get the rear looking more promising and not having any further issues.

Got more comfortable during the day in the intense heat and starting to push the car which was fantastic on a used set of AR1s.

I know a lot has changed, much to the dismay of my wallet
Few other bits to sort but getting there!

No itch, there’s still a lot to squeeze out the car yet and it’s a great platform for me to learn and become a better driver

When I do SPA, I will be 80 years old!. I go with a group of guys, and they are all quicker than me in the dry, but in the wet, none of them get near me. I put this down to........I am going to die soon anyway!.
