Recently done a fair bit of damage to front bumper, claiming on insurance because it is 1500 of damage at least.
The garage doing the work (I know them personally) have chased up Renault as the part order has been with them for over a week, and Renault have come back saying there is a shortage of RS200 bumpers and they do not even have a date by which they might be able to ship one out?
Is there anything that can be done about this?
The fact that they do not even have a date suggests they are not expecting a bumper in the next month at least otherwise would have given 20th July for example... Extremely frustrating
