Glad you've finally got it sorted mate (hopefully!)
As for the RS250...I'd advise against it. I drove my dads old one to the 'ring, took it round on a trackday all day, drove it back again and was slightly confused as to whether it was enjoyable because of the pace it can carry or because it's genuinely fun to drive. I then did a trackday at Brands in it but this time had my old 197 cup there as well, took both on track and the Clio was so much more fun and enjoyable to drive quickly.
He then drove my 197 on the road and said he felt it was more fun to drive than the RS250 and could see why I didn't want to 'upgrade'. The 200 feels another step up from the 197...
