Back fire when pulling off

Every 200 I have driven has done this from cold.

Let the engine run for a minute or two before setting off & it won't do it.
 
Men does it if I accelerate hard while pulling away, mainly it hits the flat spot and pops a little. Is the flat spot or just general?
