Auto Subscribe??

Sorry for being thick, but I have searched and can't find the answer...

Is it possible to 'auto subscribe' to any thread you reply to - as opposed to going to the top of the thread and subscribing manually. Also had a look in the prefs abd couln't find it..

Yes you can definitely do this, as its the setting i have on mine.

I usually put it on "No E-Mail notification" - saves email time, all subscribed threads can be accessed via "User CP"

Ive enabled it as the pic above because then i dont forget to re-visit threads when people reply!

Also if i find ive replied to a thread that i dont want notifications for, there is a link in the email to disable.

Yeah, forums I've used the past all I want to know is which threads I've posted to automatically (without having to manually subscribe) - and I want to see this in my user CP (as you say not email) - so basically all works great now.
