ive noticed the front 2 arch liners have what looks like melted away. The passenger side is a lot worse than the drivers side. Any ideas what would of caused it?

That's what I thought! It's standard height! I only got it at the weekend and noticed it at home
Has it been on lowered suspension and then put back on standard for the sale ?

Either the suspension is shot or it's been on lowered suspension previously. Can't think of anything else that would cause it.
I'm going to my local Renault garage as where I brought it from is 2 hours away and will send the ill to the place where I brought it

Let us know what the dealer says. My driver side wheel rubbed on the arch in exactly the same area but the damage was nowhere near that bad. Looks like they've been rubbing for quite a while.

the garage I brought the car from told me it is due to aquaplaning or driving through excess water and would of happened in the 24hrs I had owned the car which is a load of c***! So I took it to my local Renault garage and they said that it's not something to happen over night! Booked in to get them replaced and see what the garage is going to do about it
