anyway of checking if the car is mapped?

It's got some K Tec bits like the air filter and the manifold. When I first drove it it felt weak at the top end so I guessed it needed mapping. Used up that fuel and put some super in it. It's now a new car!

Yes if it goes ten yards up the road from cold or has any sort of torque before five thousand rpm it's mapped.lol

Whilst this might be the case - and is a pretty accurate description, the only way to check would be to have it too someone who could plug it in and look at the parameters and see if they have been changed!
