Anthracite gloss?

Every anthracite I see isn't very glossy can you actually. Get gloss anthracite by any chance cheers!

R27 wheels are glossy though? As are 200 Cup wheels?

Mine look totally dull no matter what and so do loads others I see hah! But I take that as you can get gloss anthracite

anthracite will be a matt colour when applied to anything, as its a basecoat, due to the metallic content.

It would require clearcoat/laquer for 1) its gloss and more importantly 2) chemical protection.

The clearcoat would normally be full gloss (MS or HS depending on the system used), but it can have matting agent added to make it satin or matt finish.
