its not the cars fault, its not the fault of the object you hit... i guess your saying its their fault for putting the object there?

Wasnt my fault as the driveway should of been clear, but neighbour had been in his garden this morning doing something with the fence, which he then hasnt checked the full alignment, thus meaning when I have drove down, the very bottom panels on the fence were poking out, resulting in damage to my bumper

Must be a bank holiday thing... I just backed into a bush thats scratched and dented the rear wing! Gonna be a filler and re-spray job.

Might as well get the bonnet and both bumpers done while he's got the paint mixed up hey, would be rude not to!!!!

right well single yellows normally have a time to and from that the lines are enforced, 8am 5pm etc + is the scrape deep?

Not too deep but i doubt they could get it out and looking as i'd want it!!!
