akrapovic delivery time

Ordered a akrapovic system from ktec on Monday , it had to be ordered from akrapovic them selfs , any idea on a delivery time on theses ?

when i spoke to them they said they hadnt received any in months but were expecting some in the coming weeks but they didnt know when or how many and some were pre sold

i wouldnt be going on a waiting list to pay a grand for an exhaust.

K-Tec are not the only ones who sell them i would try RS tuning and Demon tweeks and Revolution are doing free fitting.

Ktec were the cheapest , rs tuning said 3 weeks demon tweeks were 20 days so all around the same , I live in ni but there's no way I would let any one work on my car apart from me lol I'm very very fussy

Mega , every thing about it is mega

I fitted it in around 20 mins , no problems with fit I would say it fits every bit as good as the Renault system if not better

The sound is very very nice to me this is how they should have came from new , not to loud and on idle sounds almost stock , makes a very nice noise on up shifts even when driving slow like a small pop/dsg upshift misfire noise

The carbon tips are so well made and so light

The system is self is a work of art welds r as u would expect as good as it gets

If it's good enuf for moto gp bikes it's good enuf for me lol

All in all it's mega lol

How loud actually are these, I'm not worried about road noise but more worried about setting off alarm bells on trackdays, namely Bedford autodrome.

-flat spot lol no flat spot at all pulls smoother if any thing and better at part throttle and mid rang power is better
