I had my 3rd service done today, i had it done at toomey renault where i work, i was suprised that my car needed nothing doing to it, i do drive my car very hard so was expecting to at least need a new set of pads or tyres but they were all fine, all i needed was a sump gasket which was leaking which was done at the same time under warrenty, so i am a happy bunny was thinking i wouldve ended up with a big bill but was not much at all really 8)

Good news. Have you read your 'price list' thread recently? There are quite a few new posts, one from me too.

yea have seen them mate, im really busy at the mo plus ive got to re check all the prices as renault have had a price increase and alot of prices have gone up,

Lol just beat me to that one Jase! Mine is next month, been looking at spark pugs etc only about £35 - gotta be better than Renault prices lol

Was quoted £320 for a 4 year service at the dealers.
They told me that plugs don't get changed till 60 months,
Same time as belt, that service is close to £1k :worried:

Got another price from a local place for full service, Inc. Plugs, brake fluid changed, brakes stripped and cleaned, plus all the usual stuff like filters and oil.
Price of £150 all in.

Lol I think Ill be getting a 250 instead when that service comes around then!

Is that at a Ren specialist or just a local garage? Decent price!

Ok, no worries. I think they need to reduce their prices not put them up! Robbing bas****s!

God that dealer price is ridiculous! Might be taking mine to the specialsts near me at Four Ashes when it gets a bit older.

Does anyone know how much is a second year service is at Renault? Mine's not due until December/January though fortunately, but I had better start saving at those kind of prices! I thought my 1.2 16v Clio was expensive to service at £230!

How much did the service cost if you don't mind.?

only cost me £87 the only reason being is that i had plugs done a little while ago so it didnt need them, its got a itg panel air filter so didnt need an air filter and i didnt have to pay for oil because they did my my sump gasket at the same time the oil has to be replaced under the warrenty repair plus i get 50% off the labour and parts at cost so it doesnt cost me lots its the only perk of working there tbh lol

No-one gone for the service pack?£15p/m 1 service per year and first MOT done think its about £12 p/m for cars over 3 years old considering the cost of a single service doesn't seem bad really only prob is your tied in for 3 years but if you know your definitely keeping that long seems worthwhile
