197 Service Intervals

Still on the hunt for my 197... decided on the albi blue! This time next month hopefully! Couple questions if anyone can help though.

Just wondering what the service intervals are and the big mileage points to be aware of. Bascially im wondering what sort of things i should be considering with different mileages on the used cars im viewing. Is there going to be much difference in buying one with say 25000 mi compared to say 35000 miles for a grand cheaper?

Any info on buying and things to look out for would definitely be appreciated!

Services are every 12k
At 25k it should have just had one
At 35k it will be due one.

If I remember right..
First 2 are just oil and filters
3rd is sparks and brake fluid also.

Few things to look out for - Wear and tear on the sides of the Recaro seats, The seals on the side of the window inbetween back windows and doors, paint peeling from the seat bases.

That's just a few, can't remember any others off the top of my head at the moment.
