197 Front brake discs

Whats the difference between the Reanult OEM Discs and these below:

Not got a clue but that's what I got on mine I think but had mine direct from brembo cost the same though

I presume they are painted black for a reason? So they do not rust i presume?

I assume so. Otherwise probably made in the same factory.

The Renault ones are painted black yes. But you can just paint your own tbh and save a load of cash doing so!
