Ive never known a 197 to have H7 in the projectors for main beam. Always H1. Renault parts are probably confused as it list H7 and H1 on the same picture as you have cornering lights as well.

Go for HID! Fitted some the other day, easy to fit and cost about £60!

I finally got round to buying a set of HID lights the other day as been missing my xenons since i bought the car! Took the bumper off last night plugged them all in and nothing? Thought it all looked to easy to be true. Followed all the instructions, everything is plugged in fine and...

51 plate was the cahnge over for 206. Earlier ones run off sensor in the gearbox. On the later ones they get the signal from the ABS ecu which multiplexes to the inst. panel. Hard to tell what you would have as on the change. Instrument panels are known to go on the newer ones..

Hmmm if there genuine xenons then yes they would have to have the washers there. But lets be honest, some people go to halfords see "xenon" look bulbs and then claim they have xenon lamps... So may just be confused. Does seem cheap but times are hard, could be a bargain!

So is the ECU update a recall? Being Renault I imagine they will still charge for it?!

Bonjour people. Is there any major differences on the cup wheels to the standard on the 197? Are they lighter, etc? Take it there the same size? Fancy a change on mine as prefer the look of them loads, but cant see any for sale on here or ebay. Any idea how much they are new...

Deffo a bumper off job

My other Clio is running Omex and Jenveys. Never had any problems with it, still pulls like a train and gets abused now and again but still have to take good care of it. What reason would you have for charging the clio? Track... Or road?

Just had a look Ben. They seem reasonable. :thumbup1: Did you have any problems when you fit them? I remember reading on here someone having problems with clipping the bulbs in, etc. Thus why i want a kit someone has used and all is correct.
