Either a 197 or 200 spotted at drakehouse at 5:45 this evening white with some stickers, last 3 letters were OLL

Was going to work this morning and stinking white smoke started pouring out from behind steering wheel where the stalks are. Turned car off and waited till it stopped smoking. It was raining so I tried my wipers and they won't work so I'm assuming it's the stalk/relay/motor that's burnt out...

tedious subject I know, but I'm really struggling and getting annoyed that I can't seem to remove the bullets. i got the repeater off ect... And many times tried to pull the bullet to the rear of the car. It will move maybe half a mm and just stop. I've tried prising them off without breaking...
