i think for the money AG HD is very good. Just make sure you only buy it when its on offer. Don't pay full price. Last time I looked it was £40 rrp but you'll be able get it for £25 or on some 3 for 2 offer.

I have this and they are quite good. I use mine with a finishing pad and Swissvax Cleaner Fluid Pro so low risk with good results and far quicker than a DA. What I do is start at 1 then 2 then 3 then 2 then 1 over say a square foot. I wouldn't take it much higher than that.

Colder = worse. Engine runs outside optimum temp longer as one example. Im not saying its not true the vpower is more efficient but i would have expected mpg to rise anyway as the weather gets nicer. I use super btw.

This is not evidence. That difference could be down to average temperature over the periods being tested.

To be fair for me its the steering rather than the suspension. I have driven both non cup and cup'd 197s and never liked them, hence never owning one. I know its only a tiny 7% quicker but that seemed to make all the difference to me and made it worth leaving a MK2 RS Clio. I can hand on...

Really? Your dampers must have gone then. The ride in the Trophy is much stiffer, did you every bounce test your Trophy? Its just doesn't move. What I would say is that if you hit a big bump the Trophy was better but on normal rough roads the 200 is far more comfortable.

Thats the same mag that put the much harsher 182 Trophy 7th in there all time list of drivers cars.

How much did you get for the 200s engine if you don't mind me asking or did K-Tec keep it?
