You mean check the resistance over the 2 prongs where the plug goes on? If so, done this and reads 2 on all 4. But due to the multimeter not been too accurate, one May read 1.8 and the rest 2.2 so it just rounds to 2.

I've cleaned throttle body but not replaced tdc sensor. Don't really want too just be buying parts and it not be that. How do I test along all 4? Dan

Hmm, I know not to text when on the car but thought you could test across the pins on the plug. It's just I'm getting slight chugging under 2k revs and when stopping at junctions a significant drop in revs to around 500. It seems worse when cold.

When I took the car back, they did not start it incase the cams had slipped and didn't want to do any damage. The tdc was checked along with a few other things to make sure that if the car was started up it wouldn't do any major damage. Once done, car started and was fine! But I still have the...

Sure I've seen a test somewhere that shows the total opposite. If it was the way your saying, why do detailers use snow foams, wash mitts etc? If never run my car through a car wash at a petrol station!
