Cams!! Will I see the difference???

I am not interested in the numbers game, what will be will be. However I currently have decat and maxogen without a map. I am thinking to have the cams done as cambelt is due and would be a good time to get both done at once if I am ever going to.. I am also looking at the matched inlets.

Question is, will I feel a big noticeable difference? I know the gain is roughly 15hp from whatever I am running now, but will I feel this, can anyone thats had them done comment and advise if its worth it?

Yes. By far the best mod I've done. Oops did I say I had cams?.... Standard 197 ftw!!

Save your money. Lumpy idle is great but thats about it. Pushes the power further up the rev range which is where the Clio needs it the least. I had schricks and although glad I tried it, £1500 is better spent elsewhere. Also be very careful whose fitting them, aftermarket CAMs not as easy to fit as people think. Needs a bit more experience than the CAM tool, plus dont forget you'll need an extra £250+ to have them mapped.....
