I have the ktec manifold, sports cat and exhaust on mine and it's pretty loud on the motorway although my car is stripped which obviously adds to the noise. I think you'd be fine with the MOT.

I bought the 64GB Sandisk Extreme in the end. Works well and the Mac seems to be ok handling 4k at 30fps, very slow copying off the card to laptop and to external hard drive but editing seems ok. Cheers for the recommendations guys.

Not looking at immediate sale mate, will keep the Clio for the rest of this summer to enjoy and then look at potentially returning to standard end of the year. All ideas at this stage.

First time staying there but thought it was great. It looked like they'd recently refurbished too, had a big balcony space which would have been great had it been proper summer weather, few beers on the balcony whilst watching the cars driving the ring.

Haha love how this is slowly evolving into a part out thread lol. I put the M3 back to standard thinking I'd maybe get £2-3k for the bits I had on it, in the end I made £7.5k just in second hand parts before selling the car! I was glad to get the money back but at the same time I thought crap...

Yep that's what I did with the M3, however with the Clio I'd probably have to part with a fair bit of cash just to get it back to standard, so it's a case of is it worth losing some money on the mods instead.

I agree, I don't think heavily stripped car is particularly appealing so was thinking with the interior restored but retaining the cage and seats it might be more what people would be interested in. Just an idea at the minute but I've become very interested in a Cayman S. The Clio would have...

Hotel an der Nordschleife in Adenau, for the money per night with breakfast and the location you can't really go wrong. In fact they couldn't do breakfast on our last morning so they paid for our pizza and beers at Pinnochios on our last night, major result.

I left on the 4th, saw you and a few of the guys parked outside your hotel on the last night I was there though :)

I've only ever used a steamer and a microfibre, always brings up alcantara great.
