That's reputably brilliant too. Same principle as the CQuartz stuff. I've not tried it personally but it does get raved about and I know a few people that swear by it.

Right sevenfourate, is this in any way helpful? I make the diameter of the washer 6mm, however the bolt isn't that. The bolt is obviously thinner to fit through the washer and I make it 5mm.
